Based in London and working across the UK, Europe and the US, I provide senior-level advisory at the intersection of sustainability, impact innovation, governance and organisational transformation. With over 30 years of combined in-house and consulting experience - including award-winning impact investment leadership - my focus is high-value strategic counsel rather than delivery-only support. 

I partner with corporates, investors, family offices, philanthropic organisations, foundations, IGOs and governments navigating complexity, seeking clarity and building next-generation models of value creation. My clients are not looking for safe or generic. They are looking for independent thinking that can hold complexity without losing sight of what matters.

I bring a rare combination of breadth and depth across consultancy, business and the charity sector. Having led sustainability functions inside two of the world’s largest finance and technology firms, I understand how global systems, capital flows and technology infrastructures shape organisational behaviour and impact from the inside. 

I have also ideated, built and led an award-winning B Corporation — which grounds everything I do in the realities of entrepreneurship, operational delivery and culture-building. I have worked as an intrapreneur inside major institutions, an entrepreneur building new ventures, and a board-level leader across diverse stakeholder groups. That combination - systemic understanding, lived founder experience, and genuine governance depth - is what I bring to every client relationship.
