A Bit More About Me
Hi, I'm Amy!
My journey began in climate and soil science at the University of Reading, followed by postgraduate studies in environmental policy, law and economics at the University of Southampton. From there, my work expanded across Europe, the US, Asia Pacific, LATAM and the UK, spanning roles in global banks, technology companies, multilateral institutions, and entrepreneurial ventures. I’ve advised governments, global banks, foundations, high‑net‑worth individuals, and investment houses. I've worked with a broad range of stakeholders in my career including Royalty, politicians, celebrities, children, and even animals!
I ideated and co‑founded Tribe Impact Capital - one of the world’s leading impact wealth managers and a certified B Corporations - over 10 years ago and grown it into a $bn business. I've served on numerous boards driving systemic change. My experience ranges from pioneering risk frameworks with Multilateral Development Banks and UNEP to leading sustainability at Microsoft and Bank of America and much, much more.
Inspired by my mother’s 40 years of volunteering with disabled children and horses, I’ve always believed that a life well lived is one in service of something greater than self. My charity work and board service are a natural extension of that belief.
I’ve served on the boards of The Blue Cross, Big Issue Invest, and the Prince’s Initiative for Mature Enterprise, and currently serve as Co‑Chair of B Lab UK and on the Global Board and Investment Committee of ClientEarth. I am also a member of the Global Steering Group of the Global Ethical Finance Initiative (GEFI).
